A little about me.
I am an avid fly fisher when I'm not out and about with my camera. I started with a passion and was self taught for about 5 years. After my third and final deployment I decided to get some school training. After 3 years studying photojournalism at the University of Montana, and a major illness I decided that photojournalism wasn't my cup of tea. I quickly switched to the Art Institute of Pittsburg - Online where I have graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelors Degree in Digital photography.
I love everything that Montana has to offer. Born in Billings and now living in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley I can enjoy Montana at her best. From fly fishing the blue ribbon fishery of the Bitterroot River, to a short 4 hour car ride to either Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park I, and a 10 min ride from the Selway Wilderness, I am just steps away from the nature that I love.
While specializing in commercial and product photography. I also specialize in lifestyle photography. I will consider shooting portraiture or lifestyle upon special request, and after special consideration. Portraiture photography is completed on a limited basis.

I am the owner of K Zig Photo and a United States Army Veteran with a passion for the outdoors, and capturing moments in time for others to enjoy.
I am the photographer for Montana Mountain Buggies and most of their adventures.
I use my knowledge of composition and light to create my images. I use the studio for all product and commercial photography, and the sun and natural light and shadows for all lifestyle photography.
